Most basic city services can be delivered without a formal meeting with the Alderman.  Please use the Service Request tab to request a service from our office and have your S/R number from 311 available.

 Of course you can always stop by and visit us at the New 6th Ward Service Office located at 8001 S. King Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60619.  Our phone number is still (773) 635-0006.  Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm and Friday and Saturday from 10 am - 2pm.
